What an amazing Fall Session we had! I was so pleased to see our participants settle into the rhythm of our meetings and truly slowdown and take in the "moment". We had 6 amazing volunteer presenters gift their time to our group and explore concepts like, personal space and healthy boundary setting, conflict resolution body and earth gratitude, We even took part in an ancient Peruvian Grounding Ceremony and set our dreams sailing with GTN President Betsey Furgeson. I am looking forward to many more sessions with the outstanding girls and woman of our community. - Kara
